Online Writing Groups - Summer 2024
Writing-Together Groups (register for any number, join any time)
The Spring 2024 "writing-together" groups will take place from April 8th - May 31st. The "writing-together" groups last two hours. At the beginning of the session, graduate students introduce themselves and say what writing project they are working on and what specific writing goal they would like to accomplish during the session. Participants then write quietly for the designated time period. At the end of the session, participants come back together and quickly report on what they did during the session. At the discretion of the facilitator, writing time may be further divided into 25-minute sessions (pomodoro technique) or another break structure.

Mindful Writing Retreats (online)
The mindful writing retreat will integrate simple techniques from mindfulness to support the writing process and cultivate an approach to writing that fosters balance, self-care, and well-being. Please bring a current writing project because much of the retreat time will be allocated for writing. All sessions will be conducted remotely via zoom.
